Just finished the demo and i got hooked! i'll support whatever your decision on this game, but not gonna lie, i really hope that you'll get back to this game. I really love your art and can't wait for the full release!

I absolutely love this game! The feeling of these game is so interesting! The sudden horror feelings of this game, along with the art style, really builds the world. I'm absolutely in love with Anselm and I would love to learn more about the character dynamic he has with the MC. I've literally been waiting on this release ever since teasers about the game was released. I really do hope you continue this game because of how much potential this story has!

It's been a long while since I got this excited over the lore and writing that I read in your project, it's a masterpiece! The scene with the rabbit took me by surprise in the best way, and I really felt like I could fully relate to how the MC is feeling in the more troubling for the mind moments in the story.

your writing for this one is simply beautiful - from the dialogue and how it reflects the character's personalities, to the way you paint the scenery and tension. my fav part def has to be when we are walking through the fields; the way you wrote it is so serene and peaceful. "The wind seemed to carry your words away. In the rustling leaves and shifting grass, you could almost hear the world whisper back: Welcome home." but the poem when we walk through the abandoned town falls nothing short, you really cooked with the writing for this one chef 🔥🔥

also the plot itself - you can just tell this one is gonna be good. im hooked already, not to mention the tension and the mystery of it all, especially with the second LI. almost got jumpscared when i was playing it again but choosing to decline alsem's pendent (i felt bad but all for the sake of experiencing the story fully and all it has to offer lol)

if the full game vn is paid to play no choice but to start grinding and save up, im not missing on playing this banger 🔥🔥 anyways that is all, congrats on the demo release and all the hard work you obviously put into it! <3 wishing you good things ^0^

I had a FIELD day with this one. It was so short but yet so good. Many things made me feel on edge, and I really liked the bunny scene and even the rocks one in the forest! It was so interesting to speculate about what could possibly be happening, specially about the one who we have yet to put a face and name on. While testing out possibilities, I realized how the bunny scene (and something before it) changes depending if you accept or not Anselm's gift which is really surprising! Like, could he be related to the person that makes those scenes? Or does the gift act as a sort of protection? A lot to wonder about!

When I met Clyde, I imediatly knew he was bad news. His attitude made me wish there was a route for him, where I could put him in place and get him on his knees. But to be honest, that feeling went away when I saw he was a whole ahh r2pist. Imediate disgust. 

In addition, I really liked the art! I feel like it could really show emotion, specially with the king's insanity and the terror from Clyde's scene. Their eyes are really expressive, I love it!

Regarding such claims that have been made by some people here in the comments, I truly wish you don't feel dismotivated! The game feels like it has such great potential and it really intrigued me, so I hope to see more of it!

I feel like it is more of AI looking like the art style instead of the other way around. My only observation or "evidence" is how consistent the sprites are perfectly lining up with each other with the occasional human errors such as the neck at a different angle.

if AI were in use the sprites would be radically different, but the sprites show little to no change. The only way I can think of the art being this consistent but still AI is if human art was used beforehand to change the art style (ie. the current Studio Ghibli AI turning IRL images into the Ghibli style) or if a sprite were generated and then clothing articles were generated on top then edited (although I don't think that's possible without damaging the already generated sprite). But why go through all that work especially if the art was ready beforehand?

I honestly believe that all the art was drawn by a human, the change in style is most likely from constant refrenceing of the game mentioned (Metaphor: ReFantazio) as in Anselms full art I can see the creators original style peaking through. Anyway, this is my conclusion whether I'm right or wrong doesn't exactly matter to me I just wanted to share my own observations.

Honestly. THIS WAS AN AMAZING GAME. First of all the wording of the  dialogue is honestly great, like you can genuinely tell that the creator put A LOT of thought into the game which honestly impresses me since its uncommon to see ALL THE TIME with other creators. 

AND EVERYTHING ABOUT THE ART IS BEAUTIFUL. I LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE the character designs and the backgrounds. The backgrounds especially caught my eye with its stunning pixilated style.

BUT I FORGOT HOW THIS CREATOR IS SO GOOD WITH HORROR IMPLEMENTATIONS. GOT ME SCREAMING AGAIN BC OF HOW SCARY SOME SCENES ARE. But honestly for chapter 1 this was really good and i'm so excited for future updates.

And also I love how you can tell that this creator has a specific type. The Ml from prescription love to the knight also looking the same made me giggle a lil. BUT NO COMPLAINTS FROM ME !!! ( •̀ ω •́ )✧

AAAA—this is absolutely a masterpiece! I can’t wait to see what’s coming next!!
I’m a little too excited, just let me start from this! 

UI design, page layout, and font choices are all so pleasing to the eye. They made it incredibly easy to stay immersed in both the story and visuals.
Next, the music, sound effects, and scene direction—they all blended so well into the atmosphere. The background music was perfectly chosen for each moment, and the sound effects—like opening/closing doors or whispering voices—really deepened the sense of immersion. (Some of the daily-life tracks felt like old friends to me, haha, still wonderful to hear! The door sound effect when leaving the King’s room startled me the first —I thought it was a scream, oops...  My favorite BGM is the one that plays during the journey—so relaxing and soothing.)

The text effects, like the shifting between white and red or the glitch-style distortions, were also used to convey danger and tension. I was scared =w= but  better than a jumpscare...

Now onto the characters—they are so well drawn! Delicate and beautiful. I was especially impressed by the Old King’s eyes during those oppressive scenes with the protagonist, and Anselm’s expressions—his subtle smirk when he’s happy or angry were just unforgettable.

Finally, the story itself—I saved this for last because it’s the part I loved the most.
With just a few strokes, you set up the world and the protagonist’s current situation clearly and effectively. The tone, the atmosphere, and the protagonist’s goal are all well established from the beginning. The characters—King Anduin, Anselm, Clyde, and the mysterious ???—are vivid and full of life.
Beyond the above amazing contents, what surprised me even more was how “Choices that matter” actually meant what it said! The protagonist’s decisions genuinely impact the story’s direction. I originally intended to collect all the content, so I saved at each choice point and tried out different options—and wow, I didn’t expect so many branching paths and new texts! Now I’m completely hooked and incredibly curious about what’s going to happen next.
