Your choices will guide you down one of Three branching end routes, each with its own outcome.

- 2 Love Interests:
Meet two intriguing love interests, each with their own unique personality and secrets.
Note: Both love interests are yandere in nature. Player discretion is advised.
- Customizable Protagonist Name & Selectable Pronouns:
Players can input a name of their choice and select their preferred pronouns (he/him, she/her, they/them) for the main character.
This is a demo and the game is currently under development.
Anselm, The King’s Blade, is the pride of Elmric— sharp, composed, and devastatingly precise. His name is spoken with awe in courts and on battlefields alike, a legend of unmatched skill and unwavering loyalty. In the royal court, he is a symbol of power, the man who wins wars before they begin.
But to the unfortunate few, he is known by another name:
The Guillotine.
There’s a haunting warmth in his voice—each word wrapped in devotion, shaped only for your ears.
Your name slips from his lips like an unspoken vow, quiet and final—his, and his alone.
And when the silence returns, it carries his presence like a shadow just out of sight. He’s not searching for you.
He’s waiting for you to find him.
Where Eternity Sleeps contains mature themes and is intended for a mature audience (17+). This game includes: horror elements, unwanted advances, suggestive themes, violence, alcohol and depictions of serious injury.

the art style, the sound track and the writing are so good. Im such a sucker for medieval time periods so this was just so good. can't wait for more !!

I downloaded this game a while back when it was first announced, but it was just today that I really sat down and took the time to play it.
The artstyle is so breathtaking that I can't even explain it. Like, the CG with Anselm and his mirror polished armor literally took my breath away. The backgrounds have a mystical touch to them with the fuzziness of it all, like a painting that perfectly portrays the subject without going into too much detail.
And the writing is literally top notch, I would literally dream to write like that with it's detailed and descriptive words and the way it conveys exactly what you want it to when you want it to.
The music magnificent, and the story itself has me at the edge of my seat to learn more about it and spend more time with Anselm and the other Love Interest.
The fact that the first words we even read was from ??? was so amazing, and the horrifying bits that are sprinkled into the demo shocked me and literally had me reaching up my hand to cover the faces and tilt my screen, especially in the clearing as we were winding down to head to sleep.
There is honestly so much I could talk about in a deep dive sense, but I honestly backtracked as soon as I was finished with the demo to just put down my first excitable impressions.
I will wait for a lifetime to see more of this, thank you so much for crafting such a magnificent game with such spectacular qualities and such marvelously yandere love interests!

Please understand what I’m trying to explain Otome literally means 'maiden game,' and it was originally created with women players in mind. At the time, most visual novels only featured male protagonists, so otome games were developed as a love letter to women focusing on stories that reflect their experiences. That’s why having a female protagonist is essential for a game to be considered otome. If the game allows you to choose the protagonist's gender or isn't centered on a female lead, it would be more accurately classified as an amare game instead
Also, there aren't two separate meanings for the term otome game that’s misinformation largely spread by Western audiences. If you were to tag your game this way in the Eastern community, you'd likely be blacklisted or dismissed by much of the community for misrepresenting the genre

That was awful I hated it.
It's too good. I felt too much of that emotion, I won't be sleeping for days now, thanks. But in all seriousness, that's amazing for a demo. I might be completely scared but I can't wait for the full game, I know it's going to be the best. The story and visuals are just chef's kiss, I need more. Especially Anselm, he's too precious, my heart is already smitten, I really hope we get to see more of him.

one of the greatest demos I've ever played.
The love between Anselm and us is so heartwarming and wholesome. I want to see so much more content of him... he's just too adorable with the way he talks about us and to us!! But, I'm not sure if I can say the same when he's.. probably got another side to him.
Everything was so well made, and Clyde's weird asshole nice guy creep just pissed me off so bad. Thank god someone in shining metal armor was there to be a good ol hero. Will most likely never know who it was, but thank god.
Other than the characters, thank you so much for the beautiful cutscenes and especially the writing!! I swear I felt the writing creep into my soul and at one point, I could just imagine every scene perfectly. Never stop writing; it's in your blood!! I'm so excited for future updates because the demo has already taken my breath away. Thank you so much for this game and take care!!! I have no words to describe how satisfying and enjoyable this demo is! As much as I love Anselm, my beautiful boy, I'm also excited for updates on Mr. Mysteriously Parasocial. I'm waiting to find him, too, LMFAOAOAO!!!

Saw a review on this game and decided to play it and i love it. I think it's well written how you portray Anselm as being so in love with MC is beautiful. It's something you read in the books. And the visuals, amazing. I can't wait to play the full version even if I have to wait forever for it. :0)

okay, i don't know if i can really put my thoughts into words (especially because english is not my first language, so i often feel kind of stuck), but i just finished playing this demo and i was so incredibly enchanted by everything. i swear, every detail is so beautiful – the art is just gorgeous, even the backgrounds took my breath away.
the writing is so immersive; with just a little interaction with anselm, i swear he already melted my heart! and the horror elements genuinely had me on edge. it was short, but it’s probably already one of my favorite demos i’ve played here so far. it even made me go from your announcements to searching for more about it.
then i happened to see some of the negative comments you received, and it truly broke my heart. to me, it’s as clear as day that this game was made with so much care, love, and hard work. i would never doubt that!
so i really hope you’re feeling better now, and that the kind words from others have reached and comforted you. take your time and heal. i’m sure that not just me, but many others are incredibly excited to continue following your games – they’re pure gold!

I read the dev's post in the twitter, it does anger me that some people sending negative comments which why they are like that, they also think its Ai but the dev posted proof that the Dev drew the character.

I loved this game alot, I searched through the files and found two short videos that are glitched out intentionally, does anyone know if there's an ending with these visuals or its just hidden within the files? One is of anselms face, the other has the message "get out" repeating.
Also, does anyone know all the available endings so far? I feel like I'm missing something.
